So, the anime is about a girl who can control electricity or is somehow connected to it. She can't use anything electronic. And I think she broke a few cell phones too. I remember the anime has a sequel or two, not sure.

Also, if there is a manga or anime you could recommend that has supernatural elements of any kind where the main character is (preferably, but not necessary) a female with not much romance I'd love to hear know about it.
