Could it be Himitsu no kuchizuke? But I'm not sure, because it's a 4some and I don't remember a guy with dreads...

Hmm... there's one in the Finder series, the 6th one to be exact (Passion in the Finder). Its the side story at the end. But none of the guys have dreads. one is long hair, another is normal, one wore a bandana I think.
