I'm trying to remember the name of a manga. All I remember is that a girl grew up with a boy she thought was her brother. But, it later became known that they were not related. So, (I think) she switches places with a girl who was being raised by the female lead's actual parents.. I think she falls in love with the boy she thought was her brother.

I don't know the manga you're referring to, but if you ever want to watch a series with the same plot, try Autumn in My Heart. Here are some titles I'm throwing around: Inoichi, Look for Oppa!.

The only incest manga I know is Boku wa Imouto ni Koiwosuru and thats because my group is scanlating it XD. I personally haven't read it so I don't know if it is the one your looking for but by the way you are describing it, it fits the plot of this manga.

Sorry, but it's not any of those. I just checked the false incest category, and the manga I'm looking for is not there. I don't think it was tagged as false incest because the protagonist finds out in the beginning of the manga that she is not related to her "brother."
