Hello, Rental Magica and Rental Magica from Solomon is the only one i can think of now.But the manga's incomplete, you should watch the anime.

And in keeping with the Mahou Gyoushounin Roma recommendation above, I suggest giving Necromancer a go; it's a story revolving around an individual who grants wishes, but not a shop.
