GTO is pretty good but not really much romance
Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo by the yankee kun author

Well im not going to read Tiji-kun! because it was canceled or Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo because its G-Bender

But ill check out the GTO series starting with the Bad Company prequal, Clover (TETSUHIRO Hirakawa), XO Sisters (was already on my maybe list but ill check it out now).

Kyou kara Ore wa!!, Jesus and Fukashigi Philia ill put on my maybe list because im not to sure on them just yet

and im already reading Holyland.

Mx0 and Asu no Yoichi! ive already read and dont really fit in the "Delinquent" catagory.

Hot Road - a great mix of realism and shujo stylization and romanticism, about a girl who falls for a guy in a motorcycle gang. It's based on the author's own experiences as a juvenile delinquent.

Hm, if you don't mind one shots, maybe Meguraian no Kimi? Besides this one, I would spontaneously recommend Oresama Teacher and Yasuko to Kenji, in which your typical "Yankee" meets a romantic (and funny) storyline. ^^

Oresama Teacher is a no because its G-Bender.
And ive already read Yasuko to Kenji, and Hot Road but didnt really like them,

Oresama's gender bending is so insignificant to the plot that I wonder why it's even listed as a genre at all. I'd strongly recommend it (this is coming from a person who reads almost no shojo)
