I think Cain from Hakushaku Cain Series hates his father.

Petshop of Horrors (kinda? I have to say... his emotions are real hard to tell, whether it's his true feelings or a matter of phrase.)
Yellow (not birth parents, and it might be a bit more of guilt than hate... or er, guilt resulting hate but not really hate hate?)
ES (again, not birth parents, more like creators. Well... it's not really a strong emotion in them, simply isn't worth mattering)
