I couldn't recognize it from any of the manga they've already released, but Girl's Generation is pretty friendly, if you ask at their website they'd be able to tell you

The two characters remind me of modern dress versions of Alexia and Albert from Shounen Oujo.

There's definitely something familiar about them like it might actually be a manga. If you find out what it is, post here so we all know.
