The best example of this would be Panty and Stocking from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. If you watched the show you probably know what I mean. They are sort of like anti-heroines. I mean more like Panty than Stocking though. Whatever the intent behind the show actually was Panty was basically a middle finger to moe heroines.

More of that please. :3

I would would prefer little to no drama or romance.

Btw heroines like Kyoko from Skip Beat or Misaki from Maid-Sama! do not count at all. I also dont want stuff like Kimi Wa Petto either. Too much romance.

dont watch the show, so i might be wrong -

GS Mikami Gokuraku Daisakusen!! - she's very in control with herself and her surrounding.

Franken Fran - i think she's cute, but not moe cute. black comedy, with plenty of gore. but really, I think it is funny.

Claymore - everyone is extremely somber, but they are as anti as possible.

All i can think of is that alien girl from flcl/Furi Kuri.
Some of the characters in air gear are also anti-moe. Though theres more moe than anti-moe...
Switch girl is the ultimate anti-moe XD there is romance and shoujo, more comedy though.
Dragon girl kind of reminds me of it in a way, theres no romance up to where i read it but it is a shoujo, the girl just has a very manly past time and quite tomboy ish.

this thread might help though i haven't read any of them and thus can't individually give recommendations:
Crude female lead
