Hmm I agree with some reccomendations where MC is awesomely good at doing something: Gun x Clover, Denpa Kyoushi and Usogui. However I disagree with The Breaker, cause basically the MC is a wimp that evolves into a non-wimp.
Now my recomendation are :
Tiji-kun!, MC is good at fighting, and he isn't recognized.
Green Blood, MC is good at killing people.
Onepunch-Man, MC is good at killing everything.
Those are it, hope you find this usefull

The Breaker places a heavy focus on said wimp's master, so one could argue that his super badass master is the MC. That being said, The Breaker NW is obviously about the disciple instead.

MC could give Machiavelli a run for his money. Very funny.
There's both a manga and a novel (well translated). Warning: manga is very "sparkly". I rec the novel more.
Hagure Yuusha no Kichiku Bigaku. Manga just starting. Novel just starting trans. Anime fits the category though.

I would have to disagree with the disagree only cause you cannot be considered bad when you have not even tried. When he did try he was a badass student picking up stuff so quick even his master was beyond shock from it. But probably not what is asked for.
