Umi no Misaki seems like it would have a definite resolution at the end. Well, just a hunch.

All the other harems I've read have unresolved endings. Doesn't stop me from reading To Love-Ru Darkness though.

Thanks. Oh, BTW, a harem isn't needed. Resolved ending with just a love triangle is much easier to find, I guess.

I did a quick search and figured Air Gear would fit your criteria. It's pretty long (300+ chapters) but it's completed.
