If you do read this, you should read the prequel Shaman King since the protagonist is calm and at least on one occasion, flies into a rage.
There's: Kuroko no Basuke - a sports manga with a calm protagonist who has a mysterious past that, during the progression of the series, is slowly revealed.
Onepunch-man - protagonist defeats all of his enemies with one punch, 'nuff said.
Yankee-kun to Megane-chan the MC's a pretty darn good fighter.
Maybe Girls of the Wild's (Webtoon) - when the MC gets mad, he's pretty much undefeatable. But that happens pretty rarely.
In the above names, the criteria also applies to some side characters.
