Well, I've been looking for some decent and interesting manga lately.
I love the horror, drama, tragedy, comedy, mystery and action genres. Preferably, I don't want all that much romance involved, but I know almost every single manga has some in it, so I don't really mind. I really love violence and fighting, so preferably I would love something with a ton of that in it. Above all I love a good horror mystery, one with plenty of gore and makes you wanna know what happens next.
Check out my lists if you want to see more in detail what I like.

EDITED. Since people said it was a bit in need of detail... but really, its still pretty generic because I don't really know what I want.

dude you're post is soo generic it's not even worth listing anything, you'd definitely get better results by browsing the ohter posts in the I'm Looking For section.

Wow. Lotsa violent stuff on your lists. If you're into that stuff, read Ichi the Killer. Most violent one out there.

As for Ichi the Killer, I've been looking for it. I just found some new online sites, so I gotta look around on them still.
W00t. Although, if I remember correctly, you thought I was a guy when I first bumped into you as well...
Oh well, doesn't matter really. I don't care.

Elfen Lied? Oh, I need to add that to my reading list still, don't I?
-Has been reading it- Although you know, when I first stumbled apon it at 8, it was a traumatic experience. Threw me off of manga for two years, it did.
As for black lagoon, I could try reading it again. I started it a year ago, and all I remember is being mad at the main character. Can't even remember why. Maybe it was because he was a wuss.

Blade of the Immortal and Berserk aren't on your list, so those are two I'd recommend for storyline and violence. I'd also recommend Monster for storyline and it being in the mystery genre. Plenty of violence but not as much fighting. It looks like you read Dogs so you should also check out the continuation in Dogs: Bullets & Carnage.

Bersek I read for awhile, but then I discontinued it. It was great at the start, but once he got teleported into the other demention with unbeatable demons I decided to put it on hold for a little.
