What I am looking for is something kind of like Dear Brother! - I am not 100% sure how this manga is going to end since it is just 5 chapters in, however I like the relationship between the brother and the sister.

What I am REALLY looking for is a situation where the brother and sister fall in love with each other. They can be adopted and didn't know they were adopted or something like that. Basically I want them to fall in love thinking it is wrong and then somehow they find out it is okay to be together or whatever. I hope I am making sense. (If there is another topic like this, I apologize ~ I normally only frequent the yaoi threads ^.^) I am new to shouji/josei so even some well known ones are okay to recommend. Thanks much!

Bara no Tame ni, maybe... though it was all unrequited for the most part last time I read up to what had been scanlated (long time ago)...

I'm reading Sonnan ja nee yo. I´m still in the beginning but it's seems a nice story.

Desire Climax - After the main couple becomes involved, they find out that they may be brother and sister. Then they have to decide if they will let it matter. This story has its share of haters due to the rape-y plot, but I like it.

Hot Gimmick - Hatsumi's brother loves her, in a way that he shouldn't. You find out very soon that they aren't really related. They aren't the main couple though. This manga is even more controversial than Desire Climax, due to Hatsumi's doormat nature among other things. I love, love, love it, think it's very well done, but that's a discussion we've had elsewhere.

Marmalade Boy - I haven't read this, but I think it applies.

I thought I had more, but that's all I've got. You might check the tags for 'False Incest' and 'Step-Sibling Love'.

There do exist tags for brother-sister romantic relationships of all kinds (step-sibling, full blood, half-sibling, adopted sibling etc.)

Here are a few, for false incest (shoujo) and the only listed false incest for josei is Anata Janai to which is what I think you're after...
