Let me begin by saying I already know of Yandere Kanojo, since I know that will probably be the most popular rec.

They don't have to, strictly speaking, be delinquent girls, I'm just looking for that personality type: abrasive, forward, unfeminine, loud, etc. Bonus points if they are, though. Sugawa from Onani Master Kurosawa sprang to mind as I typed this, I think she's a good example of what I'm looking for.

My description might seem like it shares some traits with tsunderes, but that's not really what I'm looking for. Tsundere's can still be stylish and feminine. "Tomboy with an edge" might be an interesting way of putting it.

And before you point it out, I know there's a category for delinquents and yankees, but they don't differentiate by gender so it doesn't do me much good.

Open to any genre/demographic, although yaoi obviously wouldn't make a lot of sense. I don't generally read shoujo/josei but I'm open to any suggestions if they avoid the typically associated tropes.

Onidere fits well and is similar to Yandere Kanojo.

Maybe Loveplus Rinko Days as well. Not sure if she is really a tomboy, but she comes off as extremely abrasive.

Yankano! - only got 5 chapters released before it got axed; just some harem with yankee girls; started ok, but soon got bad and then came the axe
Oresama Teacher - shoujo with a female delinquent lead; it kind of has reverse harem vibe, but the female lead might be what you are looking for, maybe...
Sakurasaku Syndrome - though it's still untranslated; only her behavior is tomboyish, the looks are very feminine
