Aha I see, it could be considered as 'stopped reading'... Because I've seen someone that totally stopped reading manga, so I thought of it purely black or white

I would expect anyone who has read manga for five years to read a lot less in the later years, since manga is highly repetitive.
I read a lot less manga now, but after the first 5 years reading manga it increased exponentially. I just don't have that much time now. At last my reading list stopped growing!

I start when I was 6 and 15 years later, I notice I read less and less.
It's just, I already read many that interest me and now,
I am getting picky and higher standard for my read.
It is part of growing up i guess.
Now, I only follow some chapter and a number of read and forgot is more often than not
Reading volumes is better than a chapter every week.
So I tended to leave them untouched for awhile after I read everything available
Of course, I ended up forgetting them. Like I can postpone reading certain manga for years.
Fairy tail, I haven't touch that for like...2-3 years. It's not I don't like it, I like it a lot.
More like, I will wait a bit until there is a volume or so worth, then forgot and never pick it up back for years.
Pick up fairy tail and postponing One Piece. A year or two and then the cycle again.

I read a Lot less overall, but I read quite a bit at once when I do. Or a chapter here and there for things like One Piece or an ongoing series I REALLY enjoy.

My manga consumption is way down. I very rarely read it. I'll go months and months without reading anything. And then I'll read maybe an old series I like. I've been reading manga for 10 years now. It's been a while and I've changed. My standards, my tastes, my patience, and my interests changed.

I suppose it gets as repetitive as any other medium.

If you don't find anything good, it's because you don't really bother anymore. After I've stopped discriminiating manhwas, manhuas and certain genres, my reading list grew exponentially.
Trying out new mangas, even though they don't seem interesting at first is part of finding new gems. Even if it means to pick up 20 shitty series at first.

I read scanlations since 2002. Back when Toriyama's World and Mangaproject were the biggest players in the scene. Today I read a lot more, as I have a dedicated app on my phone for my manga needs . Before the dedicated app I only followed a few series though, as it was to much o a hassle to check for updates and searching for the release on the Internet.

At the moment i'm beginning to read more and more manga. There was a little pause just recently, because it was depressing. I have to follow the updates from over 500 manga and that's tiring. But now i'm lustfully (plz don't misunderstand xD) reading again
