I've been kind of stressed lately.... So I wanted to read something light and cutesy and funny, where longtime friends end up in a relationship together. I know there's a "friends become lovers" tag, but I have some more specific criteria, so.

I don't want:
- too much drama.
- love triangles and stupid misunderstandings
- weak female protagonist
- handsome-prince-jerkface-rapist male love interest

I'm okay with shounen-ai and shoujo-ai. No yaoi, yuri, ecchi, smut etc.

Oh, and I want them to actually be friends. Their friendship shouldn't just be an excuse to have drama and/or romantic tension. They should be able to joke around each other. Be comfortable around each other. I prefer short series but I'm not too picky about that.

They arent in a relationship yet. But its pretty canon. I loved the setting for this. Body swap involved, so i dont know if you find that too drama.

Max Lovely!: stupid plot IMO, and that has a bit of drama(?)... But the relationship between the girl and guy is perfect.

Miriam: read the one-volume "sequels" too

Usotsuki Lily Its really light hearted (most of the time) and a gag/parody manga. The main couple gives off a feeling of "Awww". I think one of the set of friends has a childhood romance. (Check out Volume 0)
