Like the title says. Non-incestuous, purely familial love. Like no romantic implications whatsoever. I'd prefer that to be the focus. What I'm mostly looking for is a brother and sister pair. I'll take any other combinations too, though.

Nothing with ecchi/smut/yaoi/yuri please. I'm okay with shounen-ai and shoujo-ai.

And this isn't really a requirement, but I'd like it to be comedy. I'm in the mood to laugh. Romance (with other characters) would be awesome.

With!! is probably the one that comes closest to your theme. Basically older brother watching over (and helping out) little sister.

There's a light novel that fits this theme, albeit brother-brother. Eclipse Hunter (novel). It's mostly a comedy with some dark moments sprinkled here and there. I really like the older brother. He's quite ruthless and uncaring toward others, but he thinks his little brother is "cute as a lump of dough." lol. He goes gaga over his little brother calling him "Gege" (kinda like onii-chan in Chinese). I'm not going to describe the younger brother too much (potential spoilers), but he's really cute, in a brings-out-your-protective-instincts and let-me-hug-you sort of way.

Oniichan to Issho - I didn't like this title. (Got bored after a couple of chapters.) I think there's romance with one of the brothers, but I think the other brothers are "safe"....

GuruGuru Meguru - Basically about the older brother being a cock-block to male love interest. Since there's only two chapters scanlated, I'm not sure where the story's headed.

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: I believe this is what you looking for. It has a brother sister relationship, in which they are very close. Also great art in my opinion, I hope you enjoy

Aishiteruze Baby is a pretty awesome manga .. It's about a dude who is taking care of his cousin's daughter I think, he acts like a makeshift mom

I dont think Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei fits as it is fairly obvious that the sister has a thing for the brother though it is pretty awesome non the less

that's it, the only protagonist sister and brother with no sexual tension between them. no "oni-chan/onee-chan" bullcrap, no " i want to marry oni-chan" fest, no panty shot or scene while changing . just pure, beautiful, easy going siblings relationship.
