I don't know any with all of those combined but here:

Gamaran - Sword fights, Tournaments but I can't remember if there's any established female lead in this one.
Basara - Strong female lead, but don't think there's a tournament here
Kuroshitsuji
Sengoku Strays

Saver definitely.

Definitely my favorite (not "one of my favorites") manga.

All of these have the historical setting, sword fighting, and strong female leads:

Fantastic Tales has tournaments and everything else.
Azumi sort of contest of strength at the beginning, not sure about official tournaments though.
Spirit of the Ocean
Alfheim No Kishi though i haven't read this for awhile so my memories a bit shaky, but i think it fits.
Umi no Kishidan
Choukakou This is AMAZING!
In Full Bloom
Ichi is one of the best manga I've ever read.
The Descendant of the Dynasty
Amakusa 1637
