13/14. The fact you mention cards and something getting destroyed reminds me of
Mx0.
I've read Mx0 - now that I think about it...only 3-4 chapters though - and it's not it. In one or both of them... the character either had black hair with an area in the front red or the reverse..don't really remember XP Thank you anyway though

I'll agree with dalek about
Apothecarius Argentum, I only read a chapter or two but that definitely sounds like it.

Also in regards to the topic title, Manga and Manwha are both plural and singular. They are not English words do not add an 's' to them.
There are tons and tons of English words that originate from other languages. It's perfectly acceptable to inflect them according to the English rule. For example, platypus is from Greek (not Latin as is commonly believed) so the correct plural by Greek rules would be platypodes, but platypuses is equally accepted and far more common. It comes down to personal preference.
My friends and I say platypi...actually...we use 4 forms...platypus (like fish already plural), platypuses, platypi, and platypodes (used by the super nerdy ones...though we usually just tell them to can it and use platypi). My biology class in 9th grade actually had a whole discussion on it for 40 minutes - the length of a period. We even got our teacher involved so she didn't really realize we wasted class time...XP
Did I miss replying to anyone? I think I got everyone, yes?
