Okie dokie, I'm not too sure on publication dates and such, but I'm going to assume you mean new stuff as well as things that have recently been scanslated.

Firstly, I would seriously, seriously second Choukakou

Azumi not new, but its being scanslated now
LiarxLiar
Horimiya
Kono Oto Tomare! this this this this this
Kurenai Ouji don't know whether this will suit your taste?
Honey Sweet Kitchen not many releases?
Capeta well I gather from the spoilers that there's romance later. The middle part you have to watch the anime for, and it might not be your cup of tea...
Umi no kishidan not exactly romance, but who knows...?
Shana oh Yoshitsune maybe later, anyway, it's good.

I haven't exactly kept to your stipulations. A few of these are just good mangas...

Amari Mawari?

I guess I could second Sachiare!. It's slightly ecchi, but the level of hnnng is very high.

How true. The last few months have been filled with so much vanilla that we can only keep our fingers crossed.

By the way, have you seen Maigo's new release, Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari by Maybe? So good. Just like everything else they have picked up lately.

Finally some time to answer this...

@kichiX
I already read horimiya and kurenai ouji, both are very nice
I guess I could take a look at Azumi when I've got time on my hands, but not really what I was loking for.
as for liarxliar, step-siblings and triangles... urgh better not.
Kono oto I will try.
honey sweet kitchen perhaps for later use...
capeta REALLY doesn't look like my cup of tea, again something when I have muuuuch time I guess
umi no kishan: reverse-harem while being in a group of males where women are forbidden? no thanks...
shana oh: again not what I was looking for, could try this at a later date

Sorry for being so picky but still thanks :/

@jahu
that looks cute, I'll try!
Thanks!

@Tripitaka
no I haven't o.O
yes Maigo has pretty good taste, especially Hajiotsu. and Taiyou no Ie
That looks very promising, thanks for the hint!

It sounds pretty bad when you put it like that, but...I don't know. This isn't your usual shoujo. The story telling is what makes this, and the characters. I would say, give it a go. The chapters are only ~23 pages in length, so you really wouldn't lose anything from reading the first one, and if you decide after that that it's not good...*shrug*. Seriously though, I would recommend it.

@kichiX
hmm, guess I could try this some time...
I have the habit to finish things I started, unless my eyes or brain start bleeding ofc, but due to that I had some pretty painful experiences thinking: well, this will get better or this is just a bad phase this manga is going through...
though I have seen this pretty often in recommendation threads so it can't be that bad, but not in the mood for that now, later I guess...

Left out Soshite, Hare ni Naru earlier, I also have considerable expectations for this one, and am 81% sure there won't be any surprise guy-on-guy action. =D

Maybe Omaera Zenin Mendokusai!. TOBI writes some nice stuff.

Edit: I've just finished reading chapter 3 of Omaera Zenin Mendokusai! and the number of girls increased to 3 which makes the series a harem one. It's still probably better than most harems (at least it's hilarious), but still I was expecting it to be better than this.

Maybe Aizawa-san Zoushoku, it has a one girl harem, so it might work better

@jahu:
I'll skip TOBI, I know the art style is good, but the last manga I read was just so bad plot-wise...
I could try Aizawa-san but after that, I'm down to just 2 more manga...
edit: uhm no, nothing for me, I could have lived with split personality but it's neither the sort of comedy I like nor are the characters deep enough and let's just not talk about the plot... it's just a gag manga
sorry...

my thanks as always though, I'm just a picky eater.

Does anyone have something else?

Mmmm... Okay.
Mashikaku Rock very cute, and complete. And I really liked the first extra story, Tonari no Hanano-san.
Bear Bear not much is scanlated, but it's a cute load of fun.
Yajuu Kanojo I just read this one so it came to mind. I think it might be a collection of oneshots but nonetheless was the first story was surprisingly sweet.
Actually, if you don't mind short story collections, there's Wakabayashi Toshiya's 4-koma Collection and Suki mo Yoi?
Seishun Kouryakuhon maybe? Not a whole lot of romance, but what's there is nice. It's by the mangaka of Akagami no Shirayukihime.
Natsuzora and Run? Haven't read much of it, but I've got a pretty good feeling. Ballroom e Youkoso too. Though, I don't know how sports-centric they'll turn out to be.
Hirunaka no Ryuusei It's shoujo w/ a love triangle but there's quite a lot to like about it. And, Yamamori-sensei said it's going to end within this year so it's not going to drag on for too long?

Ore ga Doutei o Sutetara Shinu Ken ni Tsuite Though it may seem like it is a mature read with sexual scenes from reading the plot, it does not contain any. Although it has the ecchi tag, it's not really what'd you expect, such as fanservice as the occasional skirt flip, but rather from the occasional flash backs, which do show some nudity. The way the mangaka draws nudity though is not revealing, like the way a silhouette is.

Piece This is an older manga series more recently translated. Romance is more of a subplot in this manga so far from what is translated and focuses more on a mystery (like Arisa if you have ever read that). This manga is very promising and I hope it updates more often soon.

Komomo Confiserie A new series by the same mangaka who wrote Special A and Seiyuuka~! So far it doesn't seem cliche but it's not the best shoujo out there. The main character hasn't ended up with who you'd think she will as of yet, and it doesn't seem like she will soon.

Koe no Katachi A oneshot that was recently made into a series. Romance is not the central focus of this manga either here, but nonetheless a good read! Not cliche at all and takes upon a theme that has never really been done before.

Fukumenkei Noise By the same mangaka as Charming Junkie. I never really liked Charming Junkie much but I was really hooked by this series! May sound cliche, but it really isn't. It is a really unique and refreshing series that leaves you wanting more.

DICE: The Cube that Changes Everything This is a korean webcomic. Romance isn't the main point of this series, but it drives the beginning of the plot of this series. This series itself is really interesting, though I can't really see much romance happening anytime soon unless the female character breaks up with her boyfriend or unless another female lead comes in (in which there are some foreshadowing of it happening).

Bokura no Kiseki A really good series! Although the romance really just occurs suddenly in the beginning. After that, it's just some cute interactions between them every so often along with a little more than that. There are some more instances of romance appearing, such as a couple of people having crushes later on.

About Capeta which was recommended earlier. IIRC there's no romance in it (or so minor to be pathetic, kinda like PoT and such), it's only focused on sports/competition and since that doesn't seem your thing...

@ImaginaryWishes:
I'll try mashikaku rock edit: wait I already read this... why isn't that on my list...
bear bear when it is continued
yajuu kanojo I'll skip, but I'll take a look at the other 2
Seishun Kouryakuhon from shirayuki author? I'll take this
natsuzora and ballroom I'll skip, doesn't attract me
then I'll trust you and start Hirunaka no Ryuusei as soon as it's finished

there are a lot of interesting things, thanks!

@Riuliu
already reading Koe no katachi, dice, bokura no kiseki and they are good
Piece was recommended already and I'll read it as soon as scanlation picks up
won't start ore ga doutei, but the other 2 seem interesting

thanks for those!

@oneeyed:
thanks for the hint, it wasn't only my priority list so nothing lost yet.

edit:
again down to the same 2 *eager eyes* shy
