i started learning jp and i am doing so good so far and i thought i want to try reading raw manga
what i want is a good manga with not so many talking like yotsuba or horimiya
no mystery, psychological & sci-fi stuff
no bl and gl too
aaaaand lastly it would be better if it has furigana since i am still beginner

I'm learning Japanese as well. Yotsuba is definitely a good choice for beginners.
Other stuff with Furigana:

Yandere Kanojo

Full Metal Alchemist as well, but that one might be difficult (don't know though).

I's not really quality stuff, but I had some luck with reading Tonari no Yamada-san, Tsuki Tsuki! and Maga Tsuki in japanese. I found Tonari no Yamada-san to be the easiest of the 3, though some characters sometimes mispronounce some words. All 3 have furigana.

Of course the best way is to read shounen manga. duh. Like you said, shounen manga have furigana.

Avoid shounen manga with heavy plot since you will find difficulties reading those.
