This manga I am looking for has a female character and she has a "shy" "uncool" "cry baby" friend but he's actually really cool but pretends to be lame to keep her to himself and they went to the festival together and there was another guy that liked her since elementary school at the festival but after seeing him she begins to go out with her best friend. Also he was gonna give her a snowflake necklace. Please help I love this manga and I want to re-read it

Er.. perhaps 17-sai, Kiss to Dilemma? I'm not sure about the snowflake necklace though... but the fake cry-baby boy is there. =3=
