Been quite some time since I read this and decided to see if it finished but unfortunately I can not remember the name.
It is a couple of years old maybe like 5+
It is kind of a side story but really has nothing to do with the main story. Well actually their are a bunch of these "side stories" but to my knowledge they have nearly nothing to do with each other. They don't even take place in the same world but they kind of mention each other.

Description
The main character is a high school kid who is tall, very skinny and wears glasses. One day he finds a magic shop (i think its magic) and meets the owner, a tall skinny women who hires the MC (i don't remember why).
Their are two other important characters, one who is male and becomes the MC best friend and the other who is female who becomes friends with the MC and is his love interest. One thing I remember about the male character is that he is weird with his food (maybe he is picky?) and will always eat the MC's food that he cooks.

Their is a time skip where the magic show owner leaves (to another world maybe?) and the MC decides to take over the shop and keep it running till she comes back. To the point that I have read she has not come back

Afraid that's all I can remember right now please let me know if you have an idea to what manga I am talking about.
