A not so new fantasy manga

I'm here yet again to ask help T_T

It's a fantasy manga about exterminating monsters or something, the manga contains various clans/families with specialties. The protagonist is a guy and has a dagger of light ( dunno if that was a skill or something ).

There was also a Kyubii chick interested in the male protagonist. Annnd I think she was a semi-leader of the youkais or something.
