I'm back. smile smile

The love interest questions their sexuality (or romantic orientation) as result of the MC's presented gender.

It has to absolutely fit this:
1. The character must fall in love with them as the gender they are "bending" as. For example, if the MC is a girl and "bends" as a boy, then the love interest must fall in love with them as a boy. Or, at the very least, regardless of their gender.
Examples. He's Dedicated To Roses; Nicoichi; Cheonsaeng Yeonbun

This cannot be mere admiration (although it can start out that way). Their love cannot be indicated by the simple, "wow this person's so cool" blush. Also, it has to be character that ends up in a relationship with the MC.

I'd prefer it if the true gender reveal didn't happen within the first couple of chapters. I'd actually like it if the love-interest becomes disappointed or angry after the true gender reveal, but loves the MC anyway.

This is about actual gender bending—deliberately presenting as a gender they are not. This isn't a request for characters transitioning into preferred/true genders.

The medium can be anything as long as I can find it. Yes, I've looked through the "false shounen-ai" and "false shoujo-ai" topics. The only tv drama that I think sort of fit this was Coffee Prince (wasn't my cup of tea, but for those that'll find this later). It's a Korean drama.

Thanks in advance. I'll be commenting so that others looking for the same stuff will have a easier time sorting through what they want. So, if it seems like I'm needlessly critiquing something I'm sorry.

How about Houkago Hokenshitsu? though it's the main character who's unsure of his gender.

Just a note but Hana Kimi only applies to the rival, the main love interest knows she's a girl.

Kobayashi ga Kawai Sugite Tsurai!! applies...but it isn't necessarily good. His question(without the s) about his sexuality lasts about a minute before he finds her naked. I guess one can give credit to him kissing her while believing her to be a boy, but it's mind-boggling that he can think that considering the way she acts. The manga is shameless in how the girl doesn't even try to act like a guy at all.

Boy Skirt

New gender bender. There's so much confusion for the protagonist that I feel so sorry for him most of the time but can't help laughing.

Savage Garden
Completed manhwa. It's good but can be slightly confusing for a first time reader. I know even when I reread, sometimes I forget who is who b/c of the similarity in appearances between some of the characters

I-ren
This one is ok...but the scanlators haven't gotten far for quite some time so I don't even know if you'd want to pick it up. It's actually pretty good but because it takes so long to update, it affects the reading experience

Yeah I think this is a good list. .

sounds like a gender identity confusion story. But I've read this mangaka's work before and it's really not my cup of tea so even though I like to read gender benders, I'll hold back...I find there are more tasteful ways of showing twisted and crazy than what this mangaka does (not regarding the recommended manga, just my overall impression of the mangaka from stories I've read)

Just to warn you if you haven't read it; the manhuaga dropped this before finishing the manhua. Apparently s/he had a revelation with the perception of manhua being form of escapism and isn't worthwhile for anyone to engage in....She ended it with writing a novel just to wrap things up...The story itself was quite amusing though.
