hello,
I'm looking for a manga in which there's a government unit to take revenge for people. Revenge is legal but only if that government sanctioned team is the one who performs it. The male lead looks kind of gutless in his daily life and there's the typical assertive violent childhood friend (or was she a coworker from his day time job?) who has no idea about his work in the revenge unit.
