It seems like there've been a few recently following the trend of Log Horizon and other light novels. I've read Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken, Overlord, and The New Gate. I'm looking for something with a similar feel, but it doesn't have to be exactly like it or anything.
I guess the basics would be a game-like setting and a smart protag focusing a bit on world building more than a central plot.

Toaru Ossan no VRMMO Katsudouki. Not "game-like" though, it IS a game. Not sure if this even has a central plot yet (maybe grinding/crafting...).
Death March kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyousoukyoku Again, more or less inside a game.
Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu

Thanks! I'll be sure to check those out. As I said, I'm just looking for something similar, so even if it's not a game that's fine. They all seem interesting.

Seconding Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu
Tsuyokute New Saga
The Mage Will Master Magic Efficiently in his Second Life
Hai to Gensou no Grimgal
Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? the MC is solo-ing the manga right now, so no "leader"-esque things going on here
Kenja no Mago though this one's a bit too slow-moving for me right now
Knights & Magic
These are in order of how much I like them.
Also, if you haven't read Dungeon Meshi, you are missing out. The world is game-like, but it's completely different from most other manga of its ilk. It's well-plotted, with memorable characters, and good food.

You all have such good recommendations...I'm in your debt. I checked out Aremon's suggestions and they were all wonderful. I have read 1/2 Prince and Hai to Gensou no Grimgal before but I will check out the rest of the suggestions. Thank you. In regards to Dungeon Meshi I value innovation so it sounds very interesting.
