I'd like to see the female lead have/gain for him (but not realize he's evil/bad) or be the target of the antagonist's feelings. I want it to be from the point of view of the male lead mainly, but it's not a requirement. The male and female lead end up together in the end.
Can be action/adventure/fantasy/mecha/etc.
Can be in school, but there's a guy who's clearly the antagonist even if he's not the main one.

My first recommendation would be Basara. It has multiple points of view and has a fantasy-ish scifi setting. The antagonist is also the male lead, in a way, so I think it fits what you're looking for.
Please Save My Earth - It's complicated like the above, also with multiple points of view. Set in a modern high school with flashbacks to past lives on an alien planet.
Ran to Haiiro no Sekai - It has the point of view of the antagonist, the female lead, and the male lead, though the focus is on the female lead. (The antagonist probably gets more POV than the male lead, though). It's a modern day fantasy.
Red River - The focus is always on the female lead. I personally did not like either the male lead or the antagonist who is interested in the female lead. I didn't like the female lead much either. Time-travel to ancient Mesopotamia.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll check them out. You wouldn't think that a bad guy trying to steal the girl/guy from the other lead would be so rare, but I'm having trouble finding ones that fit.

I think these fit:
- Skip Beat!
- Ouke no Monshou
- Lan Chi (I think it will be like that later on)
- Uwasa no Midori-kun!!
