Worded super bad but here are things I remember:
~In the manga, his hair is completely shaded to black. He has messy black hair. The art style for him is kind of similar to the male main character of the manga Hare Kon.
~It starts off where the girl is having a hard time choosing between two cakes so her boyfriend says that he'll get them both and then they head to the boyfriends house. They're about to kiss or something when the older brother comes barging in and tells the brother something like it's rude of the boyfriend to not have set tea and snacks. The boyfriend then rushes out of the room to get some and while he's away the brother tells the girl things like she must have a hard time choosing between things and that he bets both of the cakes are for her only.
~The girl tries to stay away from the brother but ends up falling for him but not wanting to leave her boyfriend.
~The girlfriend slept with the brother on the sofa while the boyfriend was in the kitchen behind the sofa. The brother saw this and told the girls boyfriend that the watch he's looking for is on the table in front of the sofa (he's trying to scare his brothers girlfriend).
~The girlfriend lied to her boyfriend that she couldn't make it to his dinner or something at his house with his mom when she was actually up stairs sleeping with his brother. The boyfriend decides to call her and hears the phone ringing. He walks up stairs to find her naked in the brothers room.
