What I can remember:
-the two of them are office workers but different company
-the two of them would sometimes(rarely) go out and drink together
-the other one has always been in love with the other guy, but he didn't want to ruin their relationship so he has always pretended to be straight.
-one of the scene is near outside the apartment of the other guy, where I think they confessed.
-I think that this is one of the side story of the manga.
-I think the main story has something to do with necktie/business suit(not sure about this one)
