I'm looking for a romance manga who's male lead is cruel, evil, sadistic, manipulative, twisted, etc etc. He can change and become a better person but I don't really mind if he doesn't redeem himself and just stays a terrible garbage man.

It's fine if the female lead is or isn't aware of his true nature, either way.

All genres are okay I just want a happy ending.

You can try soredemo sekai wa utsukushii though you don't really see the guys evil side until later on but it does get much more prominent
