There is also the Milk Crown series there is also Boy's School or Men''s Gakuen which is about a boys' high school, the dormitory and their living experiences as well as experiences with girls. Beauty is the Beast is a good manga that focuses on school life where the dorms play a central role in the relationships between the main characters.
