Quote from grandexeno
girls in an household, are simply bossy and sometimes malevolent. Guess its because they are insecure and try everyday to secure their personal space/rights. Never seen a male behaving like this. :3
"Simply" might indicate that they have no real reason to order males around other than to just make their lives miserable. After all, nothing ever needs to be done that can't be put off for forever or never, right? ;)
And with that last sentence, are you honestly going to pretend that there are NO alpha males in this entire world? Hell, men get scared of women's power in the workplace so why would other men not be threatened by other men and scare them? If men were 100% okay with each other, maybe they could have kept everybody suppressed and without any powers or rights.
[Edit] Other stuff:
Well if the setup is strong girl picks on/beats up weak guy, do you think it just might be that the Japanese male who is the reader is more likely to relate to this kind of character? I personally feel that Asian males tend to be more submissive (the people in the Japanese gangs probably don't count) and I've met another older woman who understood my thinking so I'm probably not alone in my thinking.
If a Japanese alpha male was put next to other alpha males of other backgrounds, or if 100 of either party were "tested" with how they treated females, which would be more dominating or commanding over the female?
