I read way more novels than I do manga. I read for a hour or two every night to wind down, and I carry my kindle everywhere I go, so I always have my nose stuck in a book if I can. I read a lot of manga as well, but my first love will always be novels.

I live in Japan. If I go to the recycle shops I can get like-new manga for about 100 yen, I've gotten some that is a little worn, but perfectly readable, for as cheap as 10 yen. New manga is about 500 yen.
Back home new manga would be £7 (about 1000 yen).
