Just to clear things up, "loli" and "lolicon" are not interchangeable terms.
Loli = pre-pubescent girl, though it comes from "Lolita" which can be used to refer to a sexually attractive young girl, like in Nabakov's novel.
Lolicon = someone sexually attracted to pre-pubes...

Kurohime, except the incident that made her weak happened right before the start of the manga. She does, however, slowly get stronger as it goes on.
Edit: Oh geez, I missed the part about the mc being male. Sorry. Ah well, maybe someone else will be interested.
