Its a really lovable manga, i've been following it for quite some time
I love how it's a completely fresh type of story and not cliche
So sad that it's one of the only manga's by Oto Hisamu

I did not think I would enjoy this manga because I don't really like cute and sweet shoujo where the heroine is too dense. But I was surprised at how I ended loving this manga. The heroine is dense but she's so liekeable that you forget how stupid and dense she may be sometimes. I love the main character Vivi, althoug sometimes I want to kick him for making Hana cries sometimes. I like the way how he is jealous withou realizing it, same for Hana.

A sweet, almost light hearted series. I can't stand most of this genre due to the inane soul-crushing content or ridiculous situations, but with the constant mood of the series I expect a somewhat happy ending. I'm completely in love with this manga, not from the presentation or literary point of view, but rather how it makes me feel.

I'll end this mangaka's existence if it doesn't happen.

Perpetual sweetness is in the air. Like the title implies, although a flower is quick to blossom and wither, we can't help but be fascinated by it. Perhaps there is tragedy at the end of the day, but while it's still day, you can just sit back and enjoy all the sugary cuteness, if you can stomach it.

Well I do like it but for some odd reason whenever I read this I just get this feeling that it SHOULD be sad and tragic. I like happy endings but when I read this one I can't help but think that tragedy is a better ending o.o".

Overall, it's indeed a cute manga and entertaining ):

I usually try to avoid fluff as much as possible, because I'm more of a horror-type-person who usually can't stand romance; but for some strange reason, I kind of like this series. I must admit that (much like the previous reviewer said) it can be a little too sweet at times, but it's not overbearing.

Although Hana is a bit dense, she can be quite perceptive and surprisingly mature at times. The supporting characters are also funny and entertaining enough, and it's an easy/light read. So yeah, I can't complain.

Also, as far as her looks go....well, she does look rather young. But coming from someone who's half Japanese and spent a good deal of her childhood in Japan, I can say with 100% certainty that Hana's loli look isn't all that far fetched. Most of my American realatives mistook me for an elementary school student when I was actually almost done with jr. high..... So it really doesn't surprise me-- especially since HTA has a bit of a goth theme to it anyway.

And actually kind of creepy, considering that the girl looks (or at least has the mental capacity) of a toddler. I just can't take her seriously, nor can I take Vivi's feelings for her seriously....too childish.

I liked this series~ haha! The art for this series is great! Vivi looks like a bishie(in my view) and Hana looked cute. The plot is still advancing and I'll just hope that it'll get better and better XD! Ohhh and and! All the characters were soooo lovely--- Not as in looks only but their personalities too. It's a fun reading this. Recommendeddd!!!

Okay, I've finished this manga and well, things don't go the way I expected it... which makes me go "O.O"


It's still a great manga. do read it!
