I almost didn't read this one because Mayu was so bad. I didn't like the characters, and I found the secretary to be really ruthless and heartless in it. Now, in this sequel, they are a much better couple. I really didn't recognize them as the same characters. Not the best ever, but a fun, and at times sweet story.

Don't read the prequel, it's so different and really bad compare to this.
Its pretty much smut that have sex in each chapter so if you're looking for deeper story then its not for you but overall its a good read.

I agree that this is quite better than the prequel and has pretty light theme. I haven’t reread for the second time because I wasn’t interested when I read for the first time and the prequel is bad. After looking through pages, it doesn’t seem bad as I thought. Maki is actually adorable being a tease and affectionate to Kokoro. But, this isn’t my favorite.

After reading this i wished i was first born a japanese young master of a rich family like him for the sole purpose of having a secretary like that seme.
