this has a great plot... really... but it is weird that i don't get addicted to it... though i like it.... for now, i like the anime better...hehehe... i understand it more in the anime...

this is like the best manga i've ever read!!! MATSURI HINO is truly a TENSAI!!! i HIGHLY (HIGHER THAN THE UNIVERSE LOL) RECOMMEND THIS! read it for god's sake! kyaaaa~

it's one of the best of all the bests mangas out there.... its not oly about romance but also a bit of a mystery type. this manga is really great cause it has humor and mystery in it. a bit of action too... it doesnt only talk about romance... very unique. you will surely crave for more............ the art is really good............. it's a phenomenal manga...... its the best................. i love vampires.<3

I love this manga series. It has all the things I like about comics, action, romance, humer, and much, much more. This is deffinetly a series to get into!

the story is really good I love vampire mangas and all the vampire guys in it are really hot*wink* but i don´t like this girl i really tried to like her but i can´t!!! *cry* why there´s just one girl and soo many guys why why why if there where more girls it would be alot better...

This story has turned me into a total nutcase, because it's still quite unpredictable who will the mangaka choose as the main male lead and i already have a favorite. So far it has been great, the turmoils of emotions the ups and downs the mangaka has done a great job at that but i would hate it if at the end there was a big turn around and the character chosen was not the one i liked.

ahh, I love Vampire knight SO much!! It's one of the best mangas I've ever read! <3 The plot is great and the artwork is wonderful, I recommand it to anybody!

This manga is great. The story is interesting and all the characters are likeable..a little bit of incest in its latest chapters but its to be expected in vampire stories...not a spoiler though since it could be anyone.

After reading all the rave reviews and hearing about all the hype, I had to try this one out. I guess I had gotten my hopes too high up. I can see why so many shoujo-fans would love this one, what with the incredible art and bishies. The art is really something worth looking at, and the idea is somewhat original. There is always something happening, a lot of twists and never dull.

However, this is not one that would appeal to everyone's (other genre-lovers) tastes. In comparison for example, to Skip Beat or Nodame Cantabile, VK is still lacking in some respects. Of course, those two titles (also shoujo/josei) are oriented to a more general public due to the comedic content, but that is not to say that drama is nonexistant. I personally find them much more balanced and rich in terms of content compared to VK.

I must agree with Dubby here, and say that this series is nothing to be "OMGGGG" about. It has its merits, obviously, and also its faults. I will admit it is an interesting and above average manga, but there is definitely better out there.
