The master peace

How can I describe the best manga ever righted in the world?!
Is my favourite manga without doubt, because is a love story that makes you feel that you want that too...
They really loved untill the end, I just didn't like she allways crying -.-' but I was happy to see that everyone had a happy end, and that the "God" had peace too ^_^

Sadlly the anime is not good enought to say that is at the same leavel as the manga, but was good to, even knowing that the anime "runned away" from the original plot -.-'

Well... but is the best manga ever edited, it maked me cry in allmost all the chapters, but more in the last ones (and I'm saying this because I'm not the type of person that cries for everything so don't get the wrong idea -.-' ).
One last thing... the last three pages were the perfect ones, I couldn't choose a best final than that ^_^

unn..
this series can be pretty hardcore at times..
Like all the secrets and lies tied around the Sohmas, and the hurt, too.
But you can't have a successful reality with just happy scenes.

Fruits basket is a perfect blend of drama and comedy although it does get a bit darker towards the end, but that's expected because we're getting closer to the crux of the problem. But it does an amazing job at making you think that it is just a cute comedy but somehow every once in a while it'll sneak in subtly something that is quite emotional. And as you keep on reading you realize that their is so much more to the story then you initially expected.

The characters all start out as very stereotypical characters (well as stereotyped as you can get in a supernatural-comedy mix) but develop into characters that are very deep and endearing. The manga is beautifully drawn (and I love the cuteness of some of the drawings such as those little icon characters that pop up in those speach bubbles to identify whose speaking (like the onigiri), or how sometimes to add to the comedic (or cute) effect the ears revert to like animal form. XD)

If you want a manga that you can fall in love with, read this. Tohru, the main character, is so cute and nice and her relationship with Kyou is so addictive!! Almost all of the characters has a good sense of humor! Ayame is my favorite comedian!!! And I can't get over kyo!!!

The art is pretty good! It's very amazing. The characters' faces becomes more older, good-looking at a later chapter. Especially momiji!!

The ending's perfect and everyone had a happy ending.
Fruits Basket also made me cry once. The one with the story of Tohru's parents. And of course made me lauch a lo~t of times!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE FRUITS BASKET!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot that I saved the last three chapters on my computer, so when I started reading only those three, I ended up in tears. haha. Fruits Basket hit my emotional button so many times, but I loved it. This manga shows so much character development like courage and learning to love. One of the first mangas to touch my heart. <3

This was a surprisingly good manga. It's fairly lighthearted with just enough plot twists to keep it interesting all the way through.

Looking back, I notice that all the character development comes together to slowly build toward the conclusion. Their problems are slowly solved and there's not major shifts in anyone's personalities, which makes the story more realistic. Most importantly, every character was very well developed and there's no cliche good or bad guys or ridiculous drama.

Fruits Basket was the first anime I ever watched, and it embarasses me a little bit to think about how utterly n00b I was back then. Later, I found out there was a manga and decided to buy the series(I was obsessed with Kyo. Actually, still am.)
Imagine my surprise then, when I found out that the manga continued on with the open-ended conclusion of the anime! I started reading it wherever I could(ie. scans, manga book format) The manga was simply lovely. It had all these little scenes that came together to form a whole story.
I don't think I'm doing too good a job of showing just how wonderful this manga is, but let me just say, Fruits Basket has always been and always will be one of the most unforgettable mangas in my opinion.
It can be overly cute, and some of the personalities aren't believable, but the moments of human weakness make up for it. Those, I can believe are real.

(Watch the anime first. It's sort of like a better prequel to the manga series.^^)

Honestly it is one of the best manga out here! Do not compare to the anime! Manga is much much more awesome and has an u unspeakably better ending. Not to mention that the protagonist's IQ is higher than in anime (dunno why).
And the idea of the family curse, Chinese zodiac, romance, drama and hilarious comedy all over to the end. A must read for all!
