Description
Nitta Shin finds himself saddled with a sudden, crushing debt. His loan agent tells him he can escape repayment if he keeps a particular woman company. He gradually learns that this arrangement might not be as easy as he once thought.

It is a good story. Main heroine is a tsundere, but not your usual tsundere type but the classical (oldfashioned) tsundere of the 80's. Starts aloof but progresses to dere eventually. Those who vote the tsundere tag down obviously dont know much about tsundere and just hang on Type A tsundere definition which is incorrect.
Its a good story of finding a relationship, but it gets complicated and more exciting than simple love story. Explores human loneliness and the meaning of friends. Sex scenes are often but doesnt really make the story less good in most cases.
A deep story, complicated characters and hot tsundere (albeit not Type A) main heroine. This is a formula to a successful manga.
Edit. After ch 24 I have to down a rating a little. Kano did not betray Nitta as there was no relationship but she did betray the reader since the whole progression of her character went out of the window with that chapter. Not to mention a really poorly done ending. Still good manga, but not great.

At first I thought this was just gonna be another pointless manga full of smut (well its a bit more than that for this one) so I was kind of hesitant to read it but man I'm glad I did! There's actually a good plot not to mention twists in the story and character development. I love how nothing was rushed and kept at a perfect pace, especially with the romance. Just one thing...

Didnt really like the ending! I mean he waited 3 years, finally gets a call from her then has to wait again because she wants to go abroad?! And all he says is "I'll be right here" I mean c'mon, the ending could've been way better!
This manga did everything that is expected of a mature, romance, slice of life manga: I got incredibly attached to the characters and to the relationship that formed between them. That feeling that you get at the end of a series when you are sad to see it end is really the defining point of a good manga.
Okay...so, the first thing to say about it is that it's not a Hentai series...it's Borderline-H, so, it goes on Smut category...

There are twists and revalations on par with the most amazing of plot turns in literature.
This story creates a romance under extreme circumstances whilst maintaining an original approach to traditional themes of forbidden love, master-servant relationship.
For those who were angry at thr ending, I would like to point out the scanlators enlightening comment:
The ending very well fit the japanese and asian aspirations of duty, responsibilty, and love regardless of circumstance. Though this may come in contrast with the western preferred endings of consummate gratification, I beleive the author wrote an absolutely wonderful story. Well done.

Despite all the sex and smut, it actually is really good ( or atleast has the potential to be). the relationship that the main character and the girl have is quite interesting

DD But it could ease up on the sex scenes....Is keeps reading with the great art style, but if your looking for a story its really hard to follow at the beginning. They should have had a few pages showing how his life is usually unlucky, then continued with what they started with.
Okay, i have been reading this series ever since i found it here in MU and i dont know why i never ended up commenting on it even though this is on my top 10 list of closely followed shoujo manga. But now that it has ended, i couldnt help but drop a comment on it. Some parts maybe considered spoiler so.. i am using spoiler tag-
I would have given it full 10 points, if not for the vague ending.

At first i was like, "WHaaaaaaaaaaat? thats it?" i mean cuh mon... he could have aleast confessed properly.i mean he cant be shy with some one he slept with like a million times already.,..but then i realised after a while that thats the beauty of the story... this has elevated smut genre to such a level.. matyre and beautiful not vulgar at all. So much was said without him confessing..and he said he will wait..so that means they have future together...it would have been too unrealistic if things were not sorted out and their equations specially. They both needed to sort themselves out..and by god , Nitta looked damn hot in the last chapter..more than ever! And grown up Kano chan is really beautiful.. this is hands down the best smut manga i ever read, and one of top 5 shoujo(short) that i read.

Started following this series since I've finish the other series, Koi wo Suru no ga Shigoto desu. Concept is great and the drawing is really nice. Story is pretty good too. The mangaka never really put any elements of cheating/betrayal in that series which I enjoy reading. Not really big fan of cheaters, it pisses me off. Even though it's known that Kano has many orgys way before Nitta came along, it was nice to know she threw it away until the end of volume three. I'm a supporter of Nitta since he's the one that seems to be thrown left and right being played. Kano seems to play around with him and if you have read end of volume 3, you quickly see that everything that was built up, blew up and shattered and quickly you see Kano back to her old ways without realizing what she been doing. So I'm hoping it ends volume 4 and knowing this mangaka, it should be a good ending like Koi wo Suru no ga Shigoto desu, or atleast I hope so. I'll keep reading, but the chapter 24 kinda pissed me off that when Kano quickly went back to the orgys. Not really a big of reading about her getting done in by 3 guys. I felt Nitta got betrayed! Wasn't expecting it since Harumi Chihiro hasn't done this in any other the other series I read by her.
Updating since the series ended.
I've greatly enjoyed this series and ending was great. Volume 4 was a great read and definitely cleared everything I was worried about in this series.

Yes, it does have a lot of sex scenes and probably some could be avoided, but I really like the main characters, they're not the usual useless male and soft female lead. Both of them have a unique character and the story is keeping me interested so far. Also hope for some development from now on but anyways a good read.
