I can see the problems of the manga taking its sweet time to develope the plot, and the 2 main character pretty much stuck at the friends stage for some time now but still its pretty good ( if you want a manga that has no plot read Urusei Yatsura or manga were the the two main characters are stuck read ah my godess). The comedy is good, the ecchiness was very high in the begining(pretty much every page had something) but is slowly being turned down. I think in a volume or two the plot will start to pick up, hopefully.

A manga has to have a plot to be worth reading. If it just has ecchi and no story, I could cut out the middle man and browse some porn sites.

This manga lacks an interesting story, and relies entirely on panty shots.

I'm giving this manga a '3'. I tried to like this, but after reading a few dozen chapters, I'm not looking back. A 3 is quite generous.

After the negative comments, i just wanted to write something..
i don't think it's that bad.. yes it's really a lot of "fan-service" bad besides that
it is funny and i think lalas inventions a fun to..
and later in the manga the rate of fan-service decrees..
so.. don't let yourself bother by the negative comments, just try it out yourself ^^

If you're a fan of pointless fan service then give this one a go.
I don't know how the artist can bare draw this series when he had drawn Black Cat. Man, he should've changed writers by the second volume. It his responsibility as an artist. Duh.

Conclusion: If you're only looking for panties, then go for it.

every chapt is either lala's invention, some so called "crisis", a event that happens at school, or.... watever. So no plot development nor any CD, its boring really, but i'd cant say i hate this series so i giv it a 5. srry fer bad eng XP

It's like watching a woman swallow a jar of glitter and shit me out a gold brick, except it's actually shit on the outside AND the inside. I can't think of a more fitting analogy; excuse my crude tongue, but any attempt at using polite language over this series will in any case be suicide since I highly doubt my tongue will have second thoughts about shoving itself down my throat.

I'm sure many of the folks here who gave it positive ratings have already explained the story with the best of their imagination, so why should I bother with my own interpretation of the story?

Just your typical all day harem where the main character can't choose one girl out of hundred.

The only good thing is the artwork, I don't really like the plot and storyline.

No plot development, no character development..simply nothing more than
gallery of panties and series of misunderstandings. If you're a maniac for
plotless stories and pants-flashing, you'll be in heaven, if not better read
Love Hina instead. It has the same portion of gags as this one
but it's way more enjoyable to read and at least the plot is moving forward.

Summary: This manga should be used as a manual at how to create pointless
and useless series that present nothing, and people will still love it...(Yeah sometimes I think why people in Japan love more pointless series,
than those with actuall plotline and character development. No offence to the
readers, creators and publishers, but so many trees were wasted for this one
to come out.)

Giving it 4 for actual art style.

This manga is just the same old story wrapped in a shoddy package. Alien girl shows up and now lives with the object of her affections? Where have we seen that before? Ah, yes! Urusei Yatsura!

The series is good if you have nothing to do. It has a lot of ecchiness and some good comedy, but it gets boring with no plot development. It feels like I'm reading a bunch of oneshots. I hope for the future because it started off great now its just ma ma.
