It is a good manga, and I WOULD give it a ten, but for the part that he cuts his hair. I dunno.....That just sorta gets on my nerves.

Oh, and the fluctuating character designs at the beginning.

gets realy boring around halfway they just go around places beating guys and monsters up. its very light,its basically good vs bad and good always win, crap!! no wonder theres only a few chapters a month when thers over 20 vols out.

p.s I'm still not sure if his a guy or a girl lol i don't know if the Mangaka is joking around or he has some weird fetish or something as i cant take the main guy/girl seriously as the Mangaka keeps bringing up the is he a guy or girl issue in every chapter wtf.

Finally reaching v28 I must say that it has less plot holes than many other manga I've read. It's pretty clean of any kind of them.

I also like how this series throws problems after problems at its readers - and they are pretty good and confusing ones too. What I dislike about them is that we all know how they will end - in a fight that Id will finally win. Oh well, it's action/adventure so I'll stop whining.

I actually immensly prefer the character interaction and plot advancement to the battle scenes. They get repetitive after a while. There's hardly any character development unfortunately. The noteworthy ones are

The story isn't that bad and I'm surprised I found myself reading all the way to chapter 50 since I usually don't like fantasy..

What I find annoying is how there's not much character development for Id. His companions pretty worship his awesome uber cool skills... *rolls eyes* And he's always going, "Alright! I'm all that good!"

Really, I'd like him to at least be of a disadvantage for once and actually have a struggle to become stronger or something.. He's never had to pull much of an effort to win a battle. Except once in some battle in chapter 40 or 30 something.. :/ But he STILL never actually felt the need to power up..

I actually think it is a good thing, since it gives a better feeling than a main character always winning against all the odds like in so many series.

After a while Id becomes Still, a good story and nice art. An 8.

the art is awsome... the main characters are interesting.. the plot puts you in a fantasy world from the beginning... and the scans are nice.. they're doin' a very good job... .. it is definite must read... evrybody should love it..for sure...lol

i love it all the stuff: action, adventure, fantasy, comedy, and romance all mixed in. theres also very nice art. i also like how kmts makes jokes about the story sometimes i like the one at the end of vol 9.

Wow what a great fantasy action series. ! I love it!

ID is a good manga, love the fusion between cultures and styles and how they mix up fluidly in battle scenes.
Also I liked the way the art improved at every passing chapter and LOL Id still looks like a gal.
It's a good series...but it can be better as much things.
