this is the golden standard of shounen manwhas, with such a short number of chapters, they managed to pace it really well, though there are pros and cons to short chaptered manwhas. well done on the art, storyline, and characters, especially the world building

I think it was a perfect story for what it was. I was worried it would deviate to things off-brand but it never did. Looking forward to the time when I can re-read it again from the beginning.

Mediocre, quickly became a monster-of-the-week show, characters couldn't be more bland and forgettable.
I didn't have high expectations and yet it didn't manage to exceed them.
This manhwa has a severe case of DemonSlayerbetes, and there's no cure for it.
Plot?What is that?Is it tasty?

Like a previous review said, the beginning was interesting and there's something I'm waiting for, just good plot building. Maybe even characters I'm going to get to know and be fond of! NOPE

MC keeps leveling up which make sense, no stakes the moment he reach certain level which make sense, BUT instead of focusing on something else like side characters development or building up plot, they focus on MORE mc action AGAIN which gets boring the more I see it (cannot even imagine if I read the novel). It's basically like auto playing a mmorpg games at this point lol.
MC also gets lesser and lesser 'humane' the more he levels up, even with the 'love interest' and his families. His snarks and personality weren't the same as his old weak self, it's like he has nothing but a max leveling person for a (I wouldn't even call) personality.

The 5 points are for the art style and some actions scenes I liked, anything else is just for his shadows and the likeable character which seems livelier than MC

omg this manhwa is so goodd the system power and the character development are just perfect and the mc are badass and op. thank god this is not harem thats another reason for liking this manhwa, and the fl is actually likeable and not annyoing clingy type of girl

Let's preface it off by pointing out that this is a shounen. You're not going to get some thought-provoking, psychological aspect to the story. It's a pretty straightforward story, focusing on ML's growth in combat and confidence.

Once you get over that, it's the perfect shounen: likeable characters, little to no fillers, interesting storyline, occasional comic relief, steady pacing, cliffhangers, epic moments, and a satisfactory ending.

The plot was decent but it's not something unique you can’t find anywhere else. It doesn’t have any deep meaning or thought provoking plots or decisions, just your typical overpowered benevolent MC beating bad guys. Overall, it was an entertaining read but not something super memorable.

Pretty much after protagonist gets his power up he kills everything effortlessly while levelling up and that’s about all there is to the story. The protagonist isn’t deep, just your typical overpowered handsome tough guy that everyone respects or fears due to his power, and the side characters are literally in the story just to talk up how awesome and strong he is. The MCs minions have more personality than most side characters in my opinion.

The beautiful art is the number one thing that carries and differentiated the manhwa somewhat in my opinion, otherwise it would feel exactly like any other action manhwa.

Yes the MC is way OP, but that's the point of this kind of fantasy gamer type of comic. The story keeps raising the stakes ridiculously higher and higher, I normally don't read light novel but I got invested enough in the characters to want to know more of what happened in the epilogue

The art is great, characters are unique and easily differentiated even in shadow, the backgrounds are detailed and beautiful, action is conveyed well

Satisfying power fantasy that's (mostly) strong throughout.

The ending is missing the side-stories, though it is complete on its own.

MC doesn't face a lot of true obstacles after a certain point, where he becomes just completely overpowering. It's not perfect, but if power fantasy is what you want, then that's what you're looking for.

Good art, and cool badass main character. What more could you ask for?
