Depends on your POV.

The introduction of a particular character, and her "thoughts" about the ML, is what finally convinced me to drop this.

I wouldn't have recommended this manga, other than as a distraction at which readers can laugh, but thanks to the above I can confidently say that it is not worth reading. period.

If you like cute and funny, you will like it. The woman being dense IS THE POINT! she has never been in a romantic relationship and doesnt even have many friends so of course shes gonna act like that. Just because its a cliche or a trope doesnt mean its bad if its done correctly.

I thought this would be okay at first but it just devolved into annoying cliches— popular male lead, dense female lead, multiple women seem to be interested in male lead causing misunderstandings, etc., etc., etc. Basically any problem that can be solved by proper communication and the female lead being more honest about her feelings would make this manga better. Really disappointed with the development after 53 chapters. The art is nice and the paneling format works, but that’s all it has going for it now. 7/10 rating became 4/10 for me.

I do not usually go for 4-Koma for I detest a story being limited to short 4 panel gags. However, this appears to have quite good progression between all the panels. Continuity is ensured and a story is told seamlessly between all panels amongst the chapter pages.

For anyone who's wondering, this manga is a romantic comedy that's closer to this mangaka's earlier work Renai Shimasen ka? and not like his most recent (and utterly dismal) Inugami-san to Sarutobi-kun.

The series is still ongoing as I write this, but what's been released so far has been great.
