Description
Randou Masashi, a self-centered, brash karate star, was the victim of a horrific bus accident that left him comatose, his face terribly disfigured by extensive burns.
Genius plastic surgeon Dr. Manabe saved Randou's life and went to work on his face, gradually reconstructing it based on a photograph found in the wreckage of the bus. But in a cruel twist of fate, the photo that the doctor used as his reference was not a picture of Randou, but of Rina Kurimi, the girl whom Randou has a crush on!

This series had very good comedy and kept me entertained. There wasn't much emphasis on the romance between the two main characters and there wasn't exactly a plot either. But, nonetheless with the typical cross dressing theme this was a very hilarious manga.
not too bad. the temper thing got a little old for me. not really ecchi.
Not sure if i liked the ending but the story was a little episodic and sometimes pointless. Its very good for comedy and romance, Im usually not into sex change mangas, but something told me to read this one so i did. I would have prefered a more intricate storyline as opposed to episodc comedy but there was a plot and a sequence of events within the story. All in all you should read it if your into shounen romance, even if your not into gender bender mangas.
This manga is almost perfect.Te situation was pretty funny. I mean just think about it. You get in a bus accident then all of a sudden you wake up in a hospital with a perverted doctor. Who just change your face in to a girl you hade a crush on. And now you must live your life as her long lost twin sister. That funny. The only down side is. There are some scene in the story that try be funny turns out not funny. But still this is one of best comedy manga I ever read. I strongly recommend this manga to anyone. Even people who not into manga. It still really funny. It get a 9.

it wasnt excellent, but it wasnt bad either, i would have preferred for randoh to have been discovered but o well
All in all, a very fun and light-hearted comedy. The ending is a little open ended, yes, but I think its appropriate for this sort of story. To get closure, the story would probably become something its not. The first 'sort of' ending is notable because it contrasts with the tone of the whole manga, which is lifted in the real ending. The real points get across there too.

great comedy, good characters, it was only lacking at the end. It just sucked. Worth reading, definitely.
the ending disappointed me.. even the extra chapter 53 disappointed me i thought it would be like the real finishing chapter, only just leads on and on.. really whack
