So as the title says, I'd like to read something realistic and\or romance or mature type.
Realistic like Deep Love, Romance like... romance x)

Bitter Virgin seems to fit realistic, mature and romance.

Second Bitter Virgin. Maybe Haru yo, Koi or Yume de Aetara as well. They're at least on the realistic end.

If you want Shoujo, maybe Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu.

NightSwan also said that she wanted to peg me, once, but I'm not sure whether to take that as a compliment or a threat...

If you don't mind psychological stuff, Mars is really good.

Kare Kano, even though I only know the story up until the end of the anime, but it gets even deeper then.

The Snow Queen
Can't Lose You
The One - set in the fashion industry
Honey Hunt - set in the movie industry
Kare First Love - shojo but quite realistic and filled with romance along the lines of having your first love...

Kimi Kara no Resume Is realistic, but the main girl makes me mad sometimes... You'll see what I mean when you see the Prince and her together.
