I would say Pheromomania Syndrome. Both of the main characters are the same age but the boy sort of acts younger and more innocent. Plus it's really cute.

And useless as this is, I second Osuteki Darling. That manga is really good! It's a shame that it's been dropped. smile

It's not scanlated, but I ran across Shounen Nure Yasuku Koinarigatashi (female teacher x male student).

And the English translation of the title makes me laugh. laugh

Shoujo:

Mayonaka wa Dame yo - A boy who can attain a grown-up body at night by pills

Sensei wa Ore no Mono - As you might guess teacher x student

Shounen:

Anedoki - Middle schooler and high school girl

And two words from me concerning shoujo mangas including older-female-relationships: It's really annoying those damn shoujo authors do not get the decisive point of the female being older. Shoujo heroines 19 out of 20 cases being insecure and weak-willed honestly ist bad enough, but if they choose to portray somewhat older heroines, shouldn't they be, like, mature, confident, self-assured, strong-willed, sort of elevated, dominant to a certain degree or at least a perfect equal to the male partners. I guess you get what I mean...

Why do those shoujo teachers or seniors always make the impression of having escaped preschool - with that kind of bad conscience non the less!

Why, just wanted to get that of my mind...

Well, some more.

Mangas:

Sora no Manimani - high school freshman and childhood friend sophomore
Good Ending - sophomore with a crush on his senpai
Burakon!? - Short stories about the love of sisters to their older or younger brothers
Watashi no Suki no Hito - one short story (they're all short) about a seven year discrepancy
First Love Kiss - I remember one story being about a teacher and her student, perhaps there also were some about senpais
King of the Lamp - a one year senpai
Dengeki Love Machine - story four about high school senior and university tutor
Queens - assistant in love with the mangaka he's working for
Furachi na Otokotachi - story one (junior at work) and five (ex-junior from school)
Koi wa Misoji wo Sugite kara - office lady and her junior
Usagi Drop - both in their thirties, the woman is two years older, I think, not much romance yet
Talking About... - assistant and the mangaka he's working for
Offered - romance isn't the main topic; main character and professor

One-shots:

Good-bye, My 19 year Old Self - younger brother loves older brother's girlfriend, sad ending
Kanojo to Natsu to Boku - 8-page one shot about a rendezvous of kouhai and senpai

Talking about... romance and comedy josei, with an interesting bit of personal and cultural clash dealing thrown in.
Three girlfriends and their significant others . One of the couples features a 29 years-old mangaka and her much younger assistant bigrazz .

Hey I noticed you had a list on your first post with dramas so I thought I may as well add "Sore wa Totsuzen, Arashi no you ni" (It was sudden, like a storm.)

The relationship is an older married housewife and a young dance teacher in high school (played by Yamapi! biggrin )

Wasn't too bad wink
EDIT Oh sorry seems I missed it the first time since it was labeled as Sore wa tensuzen XD

One of the first doramas I checked out for this combination, very disappointing, the woman was a horrendous actress though amazing looking for her age, they just dont age!! Yamapi is one of the few idols I really dont dig..I am a Kamenashi Kazuya fan biggrin...But thanks for sharing and dropping by..

If I might ask: Why didn't you add all? The following, which you did not add to the list, definitely (I read them myself) contain relationships with older females.

Sora no Manimani
Good Ending
Burakon!?
Watashi no Suki no Hito
First Love Kiss
King of the Lamp
Dengeki Love Machine
Queens
Furachi na Otokotachi
Usagi Drop
Offered
Good-bye, My 19 year Old Self
Kanojo to Natsu to Boku
Mayonaka wa Dame yo
Anedoki

And that's what it's all about, no?
