I'm looking for a cute shounen romance with a really adorable heroine.
Examples I think fit:
Midori Days
Karin
Yandere Kanojo
Toradora!
What doesn't fit:
Kimi No Iru Machi: Eba is no longer cute as of the Tokyo arc. If you are reading this then you probably know what I mean. In fact, even if you don't agree you have to at least know what I mean and why I don't like her as of the Tokyo arc.
Avoid harems, fanservice series, and dramatic love triangles please. Small rivals here and there are fine.
No shoujo because I read too much of it.

Sankarea---really good manga, so far its been pretty damn awesome. Unique concept and excellent art.
Countrouble--some supernatural involved, again a good concept involved, cute female lead and nice hero as well.
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia--excellent art, awesome female lead, supernatural with some mystery involved.
Love Allergen
Akatoki Hoshi Residence--the first heroine was kinda cute, but there is a new one in the next one who is ok. Though i don't think this one is made up of short stories, definetly worth the read.

Angel Beats--best anime of the 2010 spring season
