So I'm looking for a manga (preferably with romance) where the male lead pretends to be shallow, self-absorbed, obnoxious person, but in reality he's actually helping people (in some way or another).
I don't know if this exists, but please let me know if it does.
Bonus points if he doesn't have black hair (if he does, though, that's fine too)

there is this shojo Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu where the main character is a major jerk to this girl and she cuts his hair. So he decides to take all of her "firsts"
it does have a douche male that becomes nice and is nothing but romance.
oh! the main male is blonde but the girl has black hair.

Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro: Main comes off as pretty sadistic but is actually helping people get rid of their inner evil that manifests them... for his own pleasure though.

Itsuwaribito Utsuho - main character makes himself seem like a lying bastard, but he's intent on using those lies of his to help people who can't be helped through normal means. He also has this goal of helping 1000 people (# might be wrong) using lies. He calls himself a Itsuwaribito (liar, conman, and thief in one word)...Also, SILVER HAIR or WHITE HAIR, or whatevers.
Erm, maybe Black Rose Alice - it'd be pretty spoiler-ish to list why Dimitri is an A-hole, but that's just in the first chapter. Though he's not a conventional hero...he's a-helpin' his species, if that counts.
Also, Crime and Punishment kinda seems like it. Main character decides that the solution to his problems is murder!
Lying Mii-kun and Broken Maa-chan. Main character Mii-kun, DEFINITELY screams A-hole, with the lying, and "kidnapping" and what not...but...BUT...[SPOILERS] and then he's nice.
