Before I make my post, I want to say I've already looked through the borderline H category.

I'm looking for perverted manga. By perverted I mean manga that has situations of a sexual nature. It doesn't have to be out and out sex. It just needs to be of a sexual and lusty(passionate) nature.

I have some requirements though. The guy can't be a wuss. Please exclude manga where the guy REFUSES. Nothing angsty. I don't want to be feeling the guilt of a character over him cheating or some bullshit like that. I don't want stuff with unrealistic/super unrealistic art

I think Sister Trap fits your requirements. His fiancee's sisters try to get him to cheat in order to break them up, but he holds out. I see that it's labeled 'Borderline H', so maybe you've already given it a pass, but I think it's worth another look.
